General Questions

What is the purpose of the Living the Path community?

Living the Path is part of the Path of the Blue Eye Project, a global initiative that strives to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among health marketing communications professionals.  This community is designed to achieve this mission by providing health communicators with an online space where they can share knowledge, expertise and insights with others.  Since its launch in 2009, Living the Path has become a widely-cited and respected resource on a range of topics, including social media, digital marketing, social marketing, public health communications and mobile health.

Living the Path is the online arm of the Project.  Its offline component is the live event series unNiched.

What is the Path?

The "Path" stands for the Path of the Blue Eye.  It highlights habits and mindsets that will help people in health marketing communications become better at their profession.  The Path has six "mantras," which are described in the first issue of a custom graphic novel developed especially for those in health marketing communications.  Living the Path is an expression of the sixth mantra outlined in the comic: "Multiple minds excel at envisioning solutions to difficult problems."

Who is behind Living the Path?

Living the Path was created by Enspektos, a healthcare marketing communications consultancy specializing in research, training and strategy development.
