According to a five-country study published in October 2008, by the public relations firm Edelman, people want companies to "address their specific personal health concerns and help them maintain their health through prevention and care."
Edelman also found that one-fifth of respondents "comprise a highly influential group—the 'Health Info-entials.'" These individuals are "involved, informed and engaged in health."
